Greater Dubuque Development is working to help our clients find suitable real estate matches, as economic development projects often kick off with a property search. It’s imperative that we know what properties are available in our market with one click on www.greaterdubuque.org.
Greater Dubuque Development is partnering with a new resource, REsimplifi, Inc. to better inform Greater Dubuque Development of the availability of commercial and industrial properties for sale or lease in our region. By adding this service to our toolkit, REsimplfi gathers information on properties from websites that include listings in the Greater Dubuque market, then builds a complete database about what is publicly listed. REsimplifi then adds these properties to the Location One Information System (LOIS), the go-to master list of commercial and industrial properties currently used by Greater Dubuque Development Corporation and other Iowa-based economic development organizations.
Greater Dubuque Development knows this service will help existing and new clients grow in our market, in addition to being a resource for real estate professionals in the Tri-State area. Licensed real estate professionals will not need to share their listed properties with Greater Dubuque Development or send us changes to their listings. REsimplfi updates and refreshes LOIS weekly – to add, remove or update properties. This new partnership with REsimplfi provides real estate professionals with another avenue to attract activity and attention to their listings.
