New AccessDubuqueJobs.com Features Enhance Investor Experience
In partnership with TH Media, Greater Dubuque Development strives to ensure that the user experience and functionality of AccessDubuqueJobs.com supports the HR needs of our investors and the career search efforts of all those looking to make the Greater Dubuque region their home. Feedback and suggestions from both employers and job seekers drive improvements to the job site with several new enhancements recently implemented and announced at our May 5 Workforce Breakfast at the Diamond Jo Casino.
Website enhancements announced include a preview job function, customizable resume folders, expanded automatic job import options, and coming soon, integration of the Cloudflare Content Delivery Network.
NEW - Resume Folder Tool
Our Resume Bank currently houses over 2,000 searchable resumes with more added every day. Last year, the ability to save resume searches and receive email alerts about new resumes was added. The new resume folder tool now provides an improved method for tracking potential applications by providing the option to save and curate collections of resumes into customizable folders.
NEW - Preview Job Function
AccessDubuqueJobs.com has added the ability to preview your job listing before it is published to the site. After entering your job details, you now have the option to click a ‘Preview Job’ button at the bottom of the job details form. This will open a new window that displays a preview of your job post so you can make adjustments in real time before clicking the ‘Submit’ button to publish your opportunity to the site.
EXPANDED - Automatic Job Import Options
If you as an employer are using your own online system to post and track job opportunities and applications, AccessDubuqueJobs.com now has working integrations with 44 platforms. Systems we can currently support include Bamboo HR, BrassRing, HR Smart, ISolved, Jobvite, Paycom, Phenom, Sentric HR, Workable, Workday, WordPress, and more. COMING SOON - Cloudflare Content Delivery Network Upgrade
Cloudflare is a content delivery network that will improve the speed of the AccessDubuqueJobs.com website, increase protection of the site from online attacks, and boost the site’s SEO rankings. Although the integration of Cloudflare won’t add any user-facing features, every user will feel the benefits of this upgrade!
