Dan McDonald, Director of Existing Business, will be a featured panelist at the Professional Developers (PDI) of Iowa 2024 Spring Conference in Des Moines, Iowa from March 26-27, 2024.
In his capacity with Greater Dubuque Development, Dan facilitates our nationally recognized and award-winning InfoAction program dedicated to existing business retention and expansion. Under Dan's leadership, the InfoAction program has garnered prestigious accolades from state, national, and international economic development associations.
The two-day PDI conference billed as the “PDI Spring Training Home Run BRE Academy” will bring together economic professionals and developers from around the state to take their business retention and expansion game to the next level. The conference agenda offers best practices, networking opportunities, and a legislative reception to support BRE teams across Iowa.
The Professional Developers of Iowa (PDI) was founded in 1973 as an organization focused on growing and developing Iowa’s economic base. PDI’s nearly 300 members come from a variety of disciplines, including county and regional developers, community developers, utilities, legal and financial firms, universities, community colleges, engineering and construction firms, and rail transportation companies.
