Suttner America Co., a supplier of presser washer component and accessory distributor in the Greater Dubuque region since 1992, is expanding its operations with a new 30,000-square-foot facility in Dyersville's industrial park. The expansion provides additional space to support the company's continued growth while increasing its investment in the Greater Dubuque region.
As Suttner America began exploring expansion opportunities, Greater Dubuque Development served as the company's initial local resource, evaluating publicly and privately owned properties, coordinating with local real estate professionals and property owners, and providing virtual tours and ongoing support before company leaders traveled to the region.

The more than $3 million facility in Dyersville will increase Suttner America's footprint by approximately 11,000 square feet, providing additional warehouse capacity, expanded light assembly space, and room to support future growth. Construction is expected to begin this summer, with the company planning to occupy the new facility in 2027.
The project reflects the strength of regional collaboration and the shared commitment of communities across the Greater Dubuque region to support business investment and long-term economic growth.
