Business Expansion
Physical Therapy Solutions is expanding its presence in Dubuque with a new facility on the city’s south side, located at the corner of Harrison and Camp Streets near the Locust Street Hy-Vee. The 6,300-square-foot facility will enable the business to retain four current jobs and add up to three new full-time positions over the next year.
The project has successfully secured all required zoning approvals, and the site plan has received sign-off from all relevant City of Dubuque department managers.
Greater Dubuque Development served as an advocate and advisor throughout the process—participating in Design Review Team (DRT) meetings and facilitating coordination between Physical Therapy Solutions, City staff, and the company’s engineering partners.
