Since 1961, when it first began operations in a dairy barn in a small town outside Milwaukee, Zero Zone, Inc. has earned the reputation of producing top-of-the-line commercial refrigeration units at competitive prices. Now—60 years later and over 500 employees strong—the company announces plans to expand its operations to Dyersville, Iowa, conditional upon local and state approvals.

Zero Zone exhibits its commitment to the environment by being an active member of the Environmental Protection Agency’s GreenChill Advanced Refrigeration Partnership. They partner with customers to reduce refrigerant emissions and decrease their impact on the ozone layer and global warming. Zero Zone natural refrigerant systems are an example of how the company has invested in alternative coolant technology to benefit the environment.
The Zero Zone project will be presented to the Dyersville City Council on September 7, 2021 and the Iowa Economic Development Authority on September 17, 2021 for approval.
