Keyline
Mass Transit in Dubuque is provided by the Keyline Transit system, a city owned bus service. They have regular routes running weekdays and Saturdays.
The Keyline Routes travel as far west as the intersection of Chavenelle and Radford Road in the Dubuque Industrial Center, as far south as the intersection of Grandview and U.S. Highway 52/61 near Louis Murphy Park, and as far north as E 32nd and U.S. Highway 52 (Central Ave). View the Keyline Transit System Route Map below. There is no bus service offered on Sundays or six holidays throughout the year. Weekday routes begin around 6:00 a.m. and run until 6:00 p.m. To request a complete bus schedule or for additional information call KeyLine at 563-589-4196.
Special Services: KeyLine Transit contracts with Project Concern to provide door-to-door service for elderly and disabled customers who are unable to use regular service. For more information about this service, call Project Concern at 563-588-3980.
