Dubuque Industrial Center West


The most recent addition to the Greater Dubuque area industrial parks, the Dubuque Industrial Center West is home to manufacturers and service industries. A recreational trail exists for public use and for the enjoyment of employees in the industrial park. A small lake with fishing jetties provides water amenities for the park while also serving as storm water detention for the development.

Located less than 2 miles from four-lane U.S. Highway 20 and adjacent to a major rail line, this west expansion connects directly to the Dubuque Industrial Center via Chavenelle Road.
