The Dubuque Regional Airport Business Park is located conveniently on 4-lane US Highway 61. It is located approximately 6 miles south of Dubuque and consists of more than 1,100 acres. Along with land-site lots, there are air-side access lots available for those needing to utilize the runways and any other airport accommodations. The Dubuque Regional Airport is owned by the City of Dubuque and operated and managed by an Airport Commission.

There are customizable lots available to suit your businesses needs. The sites are served by Aquila for natural gas needs and Alliant for energy needs.
Air-side access:
The Dubuque Regional Airport Business Park has lots available with runway access. Businesses using this space have the opportunity to build hangers to house personal/corporate owned jets. The Dubuque Regional Airport is equipped with an Air Traffic Control Tower that operates from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Dubuque Regional Airport is certified under Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 139 which prescribes the rules governing the certification and operation of land airports.
