Location The Cascade Industrial Park is Ideally located 25 miles from Dubuque and 45 miles from Cedar Rapids. It is adjacent to US Highway 151. The city has been approved for funds by the Iowa Department of Transportation to assist with the grading and paving of First Avenue East and Street A in the Cascade Industrial Park. There will also be a roadway that will provide access to about 81 acres of industrial property near U.S. Highway 151.
